3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 1, line 14 by deleting ":"; and

5 on page 1, by replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following:
6 "an unspayed or unneutered dog or puppy older than 12 weeks of
7 age."; and

8 on page 2, line 3, by replacing "sterilized" with "spayed or
9 neutered".
