AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2928

2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2928 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
 
4     "Section 5. The Director of Natural Resources, on behalf of
5 the State of Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver to
6 Donald and Teresa Green, a quitclaim deed to the following
7 described real property, upon payment to the Department of a
8 sum equal to fair market value based on the average of 3
9 certified appraisals, as determined by an Illinois certified
10 general real estate appraiser, to wit:
 
11     The Westerly half of that part of the Northwest quarter of
12     Section 33, Township 37 North, Range 7 East of the Third
13     Principal Meridian, described as follows: Commencing at
14     the point of intersection of the center line of Main Street
15     with the Easterly line of Liberty Street; thence Easterly
16     along the center line of said Main Street 494.62 feet for
17     the point of beginning; thence Easterly along said center
18     line to the Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to
19     John M. Weckerlin, et al, by deed dated September 15, 1932
20     and recorded September 14, 1939, in Book 92 of Deeds, page
21     405; thence South along the West line of said Weckerlin
22     tract 9.28 chains to the Northerly bank of Fox River;
23     thence Westerly along said Northerly bank 4 chains to a
24     line drawn South 1° East from the point of beginning;

1     thence North 1° West 9.20 chains to the point of beginning,
2     excepting the Northerly 351.8 feet, in the Village of
3     Yorkville, situated in the County of Kendall in the State
4     of Illinois.
 
5     Section 10. No portion of the property being conveyed in
6 Section 5 shall be located in the 100-year flood plain.
 
7     Section 15. The Director of Natural Resources shall obtain
8 a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after its effective
9 date and, upon receipt of payment required by Section 5, shall
10 record the certified document in the Recorder's Office in
11 Kendall County.".
