AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2429

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2429 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(235 ILCS 5/1-1) (from Ch. 43, par. 93.9)

Sec. 1-1. This Act may be cited as the the Liquor Control Act of 1934.
