1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1299
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1299, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 4, by replacing line 2 with the following:

5     "Section 25. Non-defenses.
6     (a) It is not a defense to an action"; and

7 on page 4, immediately below line 31, by inserting the
8 following:
9     "(b) Any illegality of the sex trade activities on the part
10 of the plaintiff shall not be an affirmative defense to any
11 action brought under this Act.".
