1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1148
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1148 on page 1,
3 lines 9 and 13, by replacing "18" each time it appears with
4 "16"; and

5 on page 1, by replacing line 15 with the following:

6     "(c) This Section does not apply when a snowmobile is being
7 moved not more than 100 feet for purposes of loading.
8     (d) Any person who operates a snowmobile in violation of".
