1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1094
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1094 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 2 through 6 with the following:
4     "(U) Aggravated criminal sexual abuse under subsection (f)
5 of Section 12-16 of the Criminal Code of 1961 if the offender
6 was an administrator, teacher, employee, or volunteer in the
7 same school district in which the victim was a student.
8     (V) Aggravated criminal sexual abuse under subsection (f)
9 of Section 12-16 of the Criminal Code of 1961 if the offender
10 held a position of trust, authority, or supervision in relation
11 to the victim.".
