1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1079
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1079 on page 1, line
3 24, after "union or", by inserting "an affiliated or
4 subordinate body thereof or"; and

5 on page 1, by replacing lines 28 through 30 with the following:

6         "(4) when the express, written, and uncoerced consent
7     of the bargaining unit member has been obtained, after full
8     disclosure has been provided upon the advice of independent
9     counsel.".
