AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1074

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1074 on page 3, line 26, by replacing "$410" with "$300 in 2005, $350 in 2006, and $400 in 2007 and thereafter"; and

on page 3, line 31, by replacing "$435" with "$325 in 2005, $375 in 2006, and $425 in 2007 and thereafter"; and

on page 6, by replacing lines 13 through 16 with the following:

"The Department shall not limit the number of non-resident either sex archery deer hunting permits to less than 20,000.".
