1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1041
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1041 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Property Tax Code is amended by changing
5 Section 18-245 as follows:

6     (35 ILCS 200/18-245)
7     Sec. 18-245. Rules. The~~The~~ Department shall make and
8 promulgate reasonable rules relating to the administration of
9 the purposes and provisions of Sections 18-185 through 18-240
10 as may be necessary or appropriate.
