1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 369
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 369 on page 1, line
3 8, by replacing "In" with "Except as otherwise provided in
4 subsection (q), in"; and

5 on page 4, immediately below line 28, by inserting the
6 following:
7 "(q) This Section does not apply in a county with a
8 population of 500,000 or more.".
