SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Civil Service Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, as follows:

General Funds $535,000

AN ACT concerning appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

Section 1. The sum of $535,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Civil Service Commission to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2025.
