SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Thomas O. "Tom" Falb, who passed away on
4October 25, 2018; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Tom Falb was born in Chicago; and
 
6    WHEREAS, Tom Falb worked as a lawyer in the Alton and St.
7Louis areas; he was Assistant State's Attorney in Madison
8County and had a 40-year career as a trial attorney with the
9law firms Reed, Armstrong and Gorman and Williamson, Webster,
10Falb & Glisson; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Tom Falb was known for a variety of talents; he
12was lead guitarist for his band, The Infidels; he was a pilot,
13sailor, hunter, and snorkeler; he was often the life of the
14party and was most known for the love he had for his wife and
15children; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Tom Falb was a loving husband to his wife, Sandy
17Falb; a caring and supportive father to his children, Jorie,
18Danielle, and Derek; and brother to John, Monty, and Becky;
19therefore, be it
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
2Thomas O. "Tom" Falb and extend our sincere condolences to his
3family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
4further
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
6presented to the family of Tom Falb as an expression of our
7deepest sympathy.
