SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Richard E. Stark Jr. of Oswego, who passed away on October 13, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Richard Stark Jr. was born in Chicago on January 3, 1948; and

WHEREAS, Richard Stark Jr. was the beloved husband of Leticia (Nunez) Stark, the loving father of Teresa Stark, Christine (Jim) Paplaczyk, Carolyn (Jim) McIntyre, Julie (Vince) Genualdi, Kathie Witz, Kimberly (Eric) Derr, Krystal (Sheldon) Stark, the late JoAnn (John) O'Malley, and the late George Terrazas, the cherished grandfather of 14, the great-grandfather of one, the dear brother of Dorothy (the late Gene) Ortiz, James (Joanne) Stark, Patrick (Diane) Stark, Joseph (Jennifer) Stark, David (Paula) Stark, Laura (George) Chalanycz, Margie Reavis, and the late Raymond (Christine) Stark; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Richard E. Stark Jr. and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Richard Stark Jr. as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
