SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Dorothy "Dolly" Wickenhauser of Godfrey,
4who passed away on October 11, 2018; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Dorothy Wickenhauser was born in Alton to Leo F.
6and Ann L. (Chaffer) Joehl on November 14, 1930; she married
7Gene B. Wickenhauser at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Godfrey
8on June 27, 1950; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Dorothy Wickenhauser was a homemaker; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Dorothy Wickenhauser was a member of St. Ambrose
11Catholic Church in Godfrey; and
 
12    WHEREAS, Dorothy Wickenhauser was preceded in death by her
13parents; her husband, Gene; her son-in-law, Chuck Stratton; and
14her brothers-in-law, Joseph and Edward Wickenhauser; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Dorothy Wickenhauser is survived by her
16daughters, Jeanie Stratton and Nancy (Jim) Hoefert; her son,
17Mark (Kristin Schulz) Wickenhauser; her grandson, Ryan
18(Lauren) Hoefert; her great-grandchildren, Jackson and Emerson
19Hoefert; her brother, Jim (Juanita) Joehl; her
20brothers-in-law, Richard Wickenhauser, Father Jerry

1Wickenhauser, and Jim (Linda) Wickenhauser; and her many nieces
2and nephews; therefore, be it
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
5Dorothy "Dolly" Wickenhauser and extend our sincere
6condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved
7her; and be it further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Dorothy Wickenhauser as an
10expression of our deepest sympathy.
