SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Joseph Fowler Cinotto of Northlake, who passed away on August 28, 2018, his 96th birthday; and

WHEREAS, Joseph Cinotto served in the United States Navy during World War II and flew the F6F "Hellcat" fighter plane; prior to his retirement, he was Vice President and General Manager of the La Salle and Bureau County Railroad; he resided in La Salle and Ottawa prior to moving to Northlake in 2015 to be closer to his son; and

WHEREAS, Joseph Cinotto was a loving father, who raised his children with strong moral values, for which they are grateful; and

WHEREAS, Joseph Cinotto was the beloved husband of the late Darlene (Eiten) Cinotto, the loving father to Kaye L. (Thomas) Camenisch, Craig J. (Jo Fryer) Cinotto, and Karen S. (Brian) Castelli, the grandfather of Jeff Camenisch, Todd Camenisch, Andrea Kaduk, Kathleen Stoeckel, Heather Miller, Jennifer Castelli, and Danielle Strader, and the beloved great-grandfather of Kaitlyn Camenisch, Carson Camenisch, Abby Camenisch, Coraline Kaduk, Ethan Kaduk, Liana Miller, Marisa Miller, Timmy Stoeckel, and Kaitlyn Stoeckel; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Joseph Fowler Cinotto and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Joseph Cinotto as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
