SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Patricia A. "Patty" (Miller) Maus; and

WHEREAS, Patty Maus was the co-owner and bartender for 29 years at Dan "D" Jac's Bar in Orland Hills; and

WHEREAS, Patty Maus was the beloved wife of 30 years of Jack Maus; the loving mother of William (Tricia) Rivera, Rose (Jim Johnson) Maus, Tracy (Brian) Kennefick, and John (Michelle) Maus; the cherished grandmother of Justin, Leah, and Emma, Natalie and Robert, Adam, Renee, and Lindsey, and John and Jacob; the devoted daughter of the late Donald and Ruth Miller; and the fond sister of Linda Kay (Al) Scott and Karen Joyce (Norman) Yanez; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Patricia A. "Patty" Maus, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Patty Maus as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
