SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Eloise Walker Brown of New Boston, Texas, who passed away on March 29, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Eloise Brown was born in New Boston, Texas on January 19, 1933; and

WHEREAS, Eloise Brown was a retired healthcare attendant; and

WHEREAS, Eloise Brown is survived by her children, Judy Morris, Christopher (Sandra) Brown, Donna Brown, Linda Brown Rhymes, Linda Linwood, and Eunice Brown (Albert) Miller; her sisters, Clarice (Charles) Payne, Cynthia (Jessie) Hurt, and Billye Anne Walker; her brothers, Johnnie Walker and Charles (Maxine) Walker; her 15 grandchildren; her 25 great-grandchildren; and her special sons and daughters, Rev. Eddie Hill, Rose Givens, Rev. S.T. Hilliard, and Eleanor Hilliard; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Eloise Walker Brown and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Eloise Brown as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
