    Amends the Illinois Oil and Gas Act. Makes a technical change in aSection concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Oil and Gas Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1a as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 725/1a)  (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 5401a)
7     Sec. 1a. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as
8 the Illinois Oil and Gas Act.
