625 ILCS 5/2-102   from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 2-102
    Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the administration of the Code.

1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing
5 Section 2-102 as follows:

6     (625 ILCS 5/2-102)  (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 2-102)
7     Sec. 2-102. Organization of administration. The ~~The~~
8 Secretary of State shall organize the work of the
9 administration of the portion of this Act delegated to him in
10 such manner as he may deem necessary to carry out those
11 provisions of this Act.
