| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
| 4 | | Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources Act is | 5 | | amended by adding Section 21 as follows: | 6 | | (20 ILCS 801/21 new) | 7 | | Sec. 21. Prohibitions. Only materials manufactured in the | 8 | | United States may be sold on the property of the Illinois State | 9 | | Museum. As used in this Section, "materials manufactured in the | 10 | | United States" means assembled articles, materials, or | 11 | | supplies for which design, final assembly, processing, | 12 | | packaging, testing, or other process that adds value, quality, | 13 | | or reliability occurred in the United States. | 14 | | Section 10. The State Parks Act is amended by adding | 15 | | Section 4d as follows: | 16 | | (20 ILCS 835/4d new) | 17 | | Sec. 4d. Prohibited sales. Only materials manufactured in | 18 | | the United States may be sold in gift shops or concession areas | 19 | | within State parks or parkways. As used in this Section, | 20 | | "materials manufactured in the United States" means assembled | 21 | | articles, materials, or supplies for which design, final |

This Section does not apply to the World Shooting and | 4 | | Recreational Complex under the jurisdiction of the Department | 5 | | of Natural Resources. | 6 | | Section 15. The Historic Preservation Agency Act is amended | 7 | | by adding Section 36 as follows: | 8 | | (20 ILCS 3405/36 new) | 9 | | Sec. 36. Prohibitions. Only materials manufactured in the | 10 | | United States may be sold on the property of State Historic | 11 | | Sites, State Memorials, and the other properties over which the | 12 | | Historic Preservation Agency has jurisdiction under Section 6 | 13 | | of this Act. As used in this Section, "materials manufactured | 14 | | in the United States" means assembled articles, materials, or | 15 | | supplies for which design, final assembly, processing, | 16 | | packaging, testing, or other process that adds value, quality, | 17 | | or reliability occurred in the United States.
