SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of William P. "Bill" Guilfoyle; and

WHEREAS, William Guilfoyle was a retired Captain with the Chicago Fire Department; and

WHEREAS, William Guilfoyle was a proud Local 2 member and a very proud B.O.B. Brother; and

WHEREAS, William Guilfoyle was the loving father of the late Billy Guilfoyle; the dear brother of Mary Lou (the late Jack) Dalton and Betty (the late Richard) Scudieri; the fond uncle of Colleen Dalton, Richard (Sheryl) Scudieri, Maureen, Jack, and Jim (Lynn); the great-uncle of Ashley, KateLynn, and Payton; the grandfather of Karri (Jacob) Stevens; and the great-grandfather of Presley; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of William P. "Bill" Guilfoyle, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of William Guilfoyle as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
