SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Julie Carr D'Agostino of Elmhurst, who passed away on August 7, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Julie D'Agostino achieved a PhD (Personally her Degree) in design, fashion, cooking, organizing, crafting, and hosting; she will be remembered fondly by her family and friends for her strength, resilience, loyalty, love of Meryl Streep, fondness of shopping, and all things pink; she also sang, danced, and acted on stage; and

WHEREAS, Julie D'Agostino was the beloved daughter of Mario and Mary Carr D'Agostino; the loving sister of Michael, Kevin, Elizabeth (fiance, Ryan Hogan), Carly, and Natalie; the adored niece, cousin, and friend of many; the loyal companion of her dogs, Tino and Kiwi; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Julie Carr D'Agostino; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Julie D'Agostino as an expression of our sympathy.
