SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Kaitlyn Mae Steines of Roscoe, who passed away on July 14, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Kaitlyn Steines was born in Rockford on November 6, 1999 to Cale and Jennifer (nee Rockenbach) Steines; and

WHEREAS, Kaitlyn Steines was preceded in death by her grandmother, Chrystene Rockenbach, and her great-grandfather, Peter Steines; and

WHEREAS, Kaitlyn Steines is survived by her parents; her brother, Brennen; her sister, Allison; her paternal grandparents, Gary and Shirley Steines; her great-grandmother, Dorothy Steines; her grandparents, Jeffrey (Jackie) Rockenbach; her aunts and uncles, Dave (Cathy) Steines, Christi (Nick Knapp) Steines, Kerry (Heather) Steines, Jeffrey (Rebecca) Rockenbach, and Stacey (James) Messineo; and many cousins and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Kaitlyn Mae Steines, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Kaitlyn Steines as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
