1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of James T. Letarte of Park City, who passed
4 away on January 1, 2015; and

5     WHEREAS, James Letarte was born in Chicago on June 19, 1927
6 to Joseph and Marie Letarte; he served with the United States
7 Navy during World War II; he married Jeanette on February 9,
8 1952; and

9     WHEREAS, James Letarte was a retired member of Teamsters
10 Local 301; and

11     WHEREAS, James Letarte was preceded in death by his
12 parents; his 4 brothers; and his 2 sisters; and

13     WHEREAS, James Letarte is survived by his wife, Jeanette;
14 his sons, James (Judy) and Paul (Kathy); his grandchildren,
15 Brian (Michelle) Letarte, Gina (Rob) Travis, Eric (Sarah)
16 Letarte, Laura (Jamie) Siepl, Jennifer (Jeremy) Mroch, and
17 Michael Letarte; and his 7 great-grandchildren; therefore, be
18 it

19     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
20 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

1 James T. Letarte, and extend our sincere condolences to his
2 family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
3 further

4     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
5 presented to the family of James Letarte as an expression of
6 our deepest sympathy.
