SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Carol Rae Admire of Alton, who passed away on May 23, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Carol Admire was born on September 4, 1949; her parents were Raymond and Juanita Admire; and

WHEREAS, Carol Admire retired from Edward Jones in 2014 after many years of service; and

WHEREAS, Carol Admire was passionate about astrology and was an avid and talented writer; and

WHEREAS, Carol Admire was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Shirley Admire; and

WHEREAS, Carol Admire is survived her daughter, Kelli (Schenk) Thompson and her husband, Charles; Jodie Schenk (Krueger) and her partner, Eric Brand; her grandchildren, Jeremy Gratton, Meredith Perrin (fiance, Dustin Hoene), Emily Thompson, Jacob Krueger, and Joel Krueger; her brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Barb Admire; and her nieces and nephews, Todd (Mary Pat) Admire, Jud Admire, Staci Admire (partner, Adele Langlois), Scott Admire (partner, Wendy Wickenhauser), and Shannon Admire; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Carol Rae Admire; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Carol Admire as an expression of our sympathy.
