SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Ryan A. Love of Peoria, who passed away on May 13, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Ryan Love was born in Peoria on September 28, 1974; he attended Augustana College and the University of Illinois College of Law; and

WHEREAS, Ryan Love worked at Paparazzi in Peoria Heights for several years and was a passionate chef; and

WHEREAS, Ryan Love was an avid dog lover, a Halloween costume enthusiast, a talented cannonballer, and a loving, committed partner and step-father to his family; he was his family's original "Silly Man", a deeply committed 49ers fan, and a Star Wars collector; he enjoyed poker and Chicago Bulls games with his dad, aggressively seasoning his mom's and sister's cooking, and arguing politics, philosophy, law, and ethics; and

WHEREAS, Ryan Love was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Florence Folatico and Jessie and Cathryn Love; and

WHEREAS, Ryan Love is survived by his mother and step-father, Phyllis and Randy Stone; his father, Ronald Love; his fiancee, Katie (Becker) Hanyzewski; his 2 step-children, Madison and Jackson Hanyzewski; his sister and brother-in-law, Riley (Love) and Eric Naff; his nephew and niece, Elias and Mila Naff; his step-brother, Doug (Meagan) Stone; his step-sister, DeAnn (Stone) and Jimmy Ingersoll; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Ryan A. Love, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Ryan Love as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
