SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Earl J. D'Amico, who passed away on December 11, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Earl D'Amico served his country as a member of the United States Army; and

WHEREAS, Earl D'Amico was a well-known restaurateur in Joliet for many years; and

WHEREAS, Earl D'Amico was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony, Sr. and Clara (nee Devea) D'Amico; a brother, Anthony D'Amico, Jr.; and his former wife, Nora D'Amico; and

WHEREAS, Earl D'Amico is survived by 2 daughters, Claire D'Amico and Gianna D'Amico Barone; 2 grandchildren, Daniel Anthony Barone and Alexandra Maria Barone; aunts, Mary Bertagnoli and Gloria (the late George) Devea; cousins, Dennis, Danny, Rita (Peter) Ceci and her children, Tony D'Amico, Dino D'Amico, Diane and her daughter, Laura Morgan, and other cousins; and many dear friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Earl J. D'Amico; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Earl D'Amico as an expression of our sympathy.
