SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Patricia A. Dublo of Alton, who passed away on October 20, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Dublo was born in Alton to Edward and LaMarra (Maxiener) Voumard on September 16, 1933; she married Fred D. Dublo Sr. in Alton on June 6, 1953; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Dublo worked for the family business, Fred's Towing in Alton, as the bookkeeper for many years; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Dublo enjoyed gardening, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family and grandchildren; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Dublo was preceded in death by her husband, Fred; her parents; four great-grandchildren; and a stepsister; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Dublo is survived by her sons, Fred D. Dublo Jr., Jeffrey A. Sr. (Lisa) Dublo, and Robert L. (Pamela) Dublo; her daughter, Pamela K. (Thomas) Kincaid; her grandchildren, Leo Dublo, Mary Elliott, Emily Dublo, Melissa Dublo, Jeffrey Dublo Jr., Michael Dublo, Sarah Saavedra, Joshua Gross, Tomi Dublo, Robi Dublo, and Sami Dublo; nine great-grandchildren with one on the way; two stepbrothers; and her aunt, Violet "Hap" Borchelt; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Patricia A. Dublo, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Patricia Dublo as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
