| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Maryruth Ginn of Peoria, who passed away | 4 | | on March 12, 2015; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Maryruth Ginn was born on February 1, 1933 in | 6 | | Lewistown, Missouri; her parents were James A. and Ona E. (nee | 7 | | Epperson) Adams; she was formerly married to Ralph Ginn; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Maryruth Ginn served as an art teacher at Bolin | 9 | | School and Central Junior High School in East Peoria, Illinois | 10 | | Central College, Bradley University, and, most recently, at | 11 | | Midstate College; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Maryruth Ginn was devoted to her dogs, Lala and | 13 | | Safera, and the many students she had over her 54-year career; | 14 | | she loved creating art and spending time with her artistic | 15 | | friends; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Maryruth Ginn is survived by 2 daughters, Allison | 17 | | (Scott) Goodyear and Amy Ginn (Tom) Westwater; 4 grandchildren, | 18 | | Tyler and Emily Goodyear and Ry and Peter Westwater; and a | 19 | | sister, Ann (George) Lamb; therefore, be it
