1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of William J. Mooney of Lake Forest, who
4 passed away on September 29, 2016; and

5     WHEREAS, William Mooney was born in Highland Park to
6 William and Marjorie Mooney on July 2, 1930; and

7     WHEREAS, William Mooney was a 65-year member of Pipe
8 Fitters Union Local #597; and

9     WHEREAS, William Mooney was preceded in death by his wife,
10 Marian (Shiel); and

11     WHEREAS, William Mooney is survived by his children, Carol
12 (Rolf) Andersson, Shirley (Mario) Moretti, Patrick Mooney, and
13 Linda Ramsey; his grandchildren, Laurie (Tom) Kraenzle, and
14 Joshua Ramsey; his great-granddaughter, Savannah Kraenzle; and
15 his sister, Carol Skarin; therefore, be it

16     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
17 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
18 William J. Mooney, and extend our sincere condolences to his
19 family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
20 further

1     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
2 presented to the family of William Mooney as an expression of
3 our deepest sympathy.
