| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of St. Louis County Police Officer Blake | 4 | | Snyder, who passed away on October 6, 2016, at the age of 33; | 5 | | and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Officer Snyder was a four-year veteran of the St. | 7 | | Louis County Police Department; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Officer Snyder was a freelance graphic designer | 9 | | before becoming a police officer; he also served on the board | 10 | | of directors at Riverbend Family Ministries; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Officer Snyder was the beloved husband of | 12 | | Elizabeth Joy Snyder (Sparks); the dear
father of Malachi | 13 | | Snyder; the dear son of Richard and Peggy (Lillard) Snyder; the | 14 | | dear brother of Adam (Sara) Snyder; the dear half-brother
of | 15 | | Scott (Becky) Harrold; the dear grandson of Harold and
Mildred | 16 | | Snyder, and Morris and Fern Lillard; the dear uncle of Nolan,
| 17 | | Korby, and Colton Snyder, Griffin and Anna Harrold, William,
| 18 | | Henry, Samson, and Justice Sparks, Kaitlin, Grace, Ava, and | 19 | | Juliet
