SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Phillip Moulton of Waukegan, who passed away on June 28, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Phillip Moulton was born on February 10, 1947 in Waukegan; and

WHEREAS, Phillip Moulton served his country in the United States Army; and

WHEREAS, Phillip Moulton is survived by his loving wife, Stephanie; five sons; three daughters; his brother; seven sisters, and many other relatives and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Phillip Moulton; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Phillip Moulton as an expression of our sympathy.
