SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Sami Salaymeh, who passed away on June 6, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Sami Salaymeh will be fondly remembered by his family and friends for his loving soul, his contagious smile, and his love for music; and

WHEREAS, Sami Salaymeh was the beloved son of Fatin Salaymeh and Talab Salaymeh and the dear brother of Jimmy Salaymeh, Omar Salaymeh, Dianna Salaymeh, and Jasmin Salaymeh; he is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Sami Salaymeh; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Sami Salaymeh as an expression of our sympathy.
