SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Julian Guerrero Jr. of Park City, who passed away on May 20, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Julian Guerrero Jr. served as an Alderman and Mayor for Park City; and

WHEREAS, Julian Guerrero Jr. was the beloved husband of Nancy (Giroux); the loving father of Jay, Jeff (Cyndi) Guerrero, Edith (Al) Flores, Wendy (Jeff) Pluta, Dave (Deb) Olson, and Laura (Mike) Kumpula; the grandfather of Jeffrey, Ashley, Olivia, Ella, Alyssa, Nathan, Don, Jack, Mike, Aly, Mady, Kyle, and Christina; the great-grandfather of Gianna, Carmen, Janessa, Brennan, and Violet; the brother of Rick, Robert, Peter, Cindy, and Debbie; and brother-in-law to Ken Gervais and Sal Loschaivo; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Julian Guerrero Jr., and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Julian Guerrero Jr. as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
