SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Jerry "Red" Hacker of Franksville,
4Wisconsin, who passed away on April 1, 2016; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Jerry Hacker was born August 23, 1938 in Waukegan
6and was a longtime resident; his parents were Elmer and Emily
7Hacker; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Jerry Hacker retired from Teamsters Local 301
9after 35 years of service; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Jerry Hacker was an avid auto racing fan; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Jerry Hacker is preceded in death by his wife,
12Louise Hacker, and his parents; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Jerry Hacker is survived by his wife, Peggy
14Hacker; his sons, Bill (Nancy) Hacker and John (Pam Hammond)
15Hacker; his grandchildren, Andy, Jamie, Nicholas, and Christy;
16his great-granddaughter, Lillie; his brother, Elmer (Liz)
17Hacker; his sisters, Judy Grubbs and Paula Mercer; and many
18nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
2family and friends, mourn the passing of Jerry "Red" Hacker;
3and be it further
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
5presented to the family of Jerry Hacker as an expression of our
6sympathy.
