SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Dale C. King of South Roxana, who passed
4away on May 8, 2016; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Dale King was born in Sullivan, Missouri to Ruben
6West and Revil (Dilks) King on February 15, 1950; he married
7Debra Fite in South Roxana on June 27, 1970; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Dale King was employed at Boeing as a machinist
9for over 25 years prior to his retirement; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Dale King loved camping, traveling, and spending
11time with his boys and his grandkids; he was a member of Bethel
12Free Will Baptist Church in South Roxana; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Dale King was preceded in death by his parents;
14his sister, Loretta; and his two brothers, Ramsey and Cowan;
15and
 
16    WHEREAS, Dale King is survived by his wife, Debra; his
17three sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Eve King, Brad and
18Chas King, and Jeremy and Angela King; his 13 grandchildren,
19Nic, Samantha, Megan, Abigail, Beau, Hayley, Skylar, Brayden,
20Crystal, Ayla (Tony), Imogene, Kwentin, and Wyatt; his eight

1great-grandchildren, Gauge, Brooklyn, Hannah, Jackson,
2Allison, Skylee, Payton, and Paxton; his five sisters, Bernice
3Cox, Geraldine (Tim) Cavanaugh, Ruby Adams, Carol Young, and
4Mary (Bob) Scott; his brother, Ron King; his two sisters-in-law
5and brothers-in-law, Kathy and Tony Bazile and Rhonda and Rob
6Stegall; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Kevin and
7Melissa Fite; and many nieces, nephews, and other extended
8family and friends; therefore, be it
 
9    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
10ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
11Dale C. King, and extend our sincere condolences to his family,
12friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further
 
13    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
14presented to the family of Dale King as an expression of our
15deepest sympathy.
