SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Dale C. King of South Roxana, who passed away on May 8, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Dale King was born in Sullivan, Missouri to Ruben West and Revil (Dilks) King on February 15, 1950; he married Debra Fite in South Roxana on June 27, 1970; and

WHEREAS, Dale King was employed at Boeing as a machinist for over 25 years prior to his retirement; and

WHEREAS, Dale King loved camping, traveling, and spending time with his boys and his grandkids; he was a member of Bethel Free Will Baptist Church in South Roxana; and

WHEREAS, Dale King was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Loretta; and his two brothers, Ramsey and Cowan; and

WHEREAS, Dale King is survived by his wife, Debra; his three sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Eve King, Brad and Chas King, and Jeremy and Angela King; his 13 grandchildren, Nic, Samantha, Megan, Abigail, Beau, Hayley, Skylar, Brayden, Crystal, Ayla (Tony), Imogene, Kwentin, and Wyatt; his eight great-grandchildren, Gauge, Brooklyn, Hannah, Jackson, Allison, Skylee, Payton, and Paxton; his five sisters, Bernice Cox, Geraldine (Tim) Cavanaugh, Ruby Adams, Carol Young, and Mary (Bob) Scott; his brother, Ron King; his two sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Kathy and Tony Bazile and Rhonda and Rob Stegall; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Kevin and Melissa Fite; and many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Dale C. King, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Dale King as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
