SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Lucille M. "Lucy" Clark, who passed away on December 12, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Lucille Clark was born on May 3, 1942 in North Chicago; her parents were Joseph and Helen (nee Ornatek) Hebior; she married Robert E. Clark on May 30, 1964; and

WHEREAS, Shortly after graduating from Holy Child High School, Lucille Clark started working at the Chicago Title Insurance Company, where she retired after 38 years of service; after marrying, she and her husband moved to Washington, D.C. for 2 years before returning to Waukegan; and

WHEREAS, Lucille Clark enjoyed traveling, reading, and visiting Door County and watching the sunset there; she also traveled to New Orleans, California, Florida, Hawaii, the Bahamas, and Europe; and

WHEREAS, Lucille Clark is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, Robert; her parents; a brother, Joseph Hebior, Jr.; a brother-in-law, Raymond Zdanowicz; a nephew, Robert Zdanowicz; a niece, Susan Hebior; and a great-nephew, Joseph Hebior, IV; and

WHEREAS, Lucille Clark is survived by 3 brothers, Andrew Hebior, Eugene (Patricia) Hebior, and Daniel Hebior; a sister, Theresa Zdanowicz; a sister-in-law, Donna Hebior; 14 nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces, great-nephews, friends, and neighbors; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Lucille M. "Lucy" Clark; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Lucille Clark as an expression of our sympathy.
