SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Kathleen Boyle of McHenry, who passed away on March 19, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Kathleen Boyle was born in Chicago to James W. and Bernice C. (Bessler) O'Brien on May 23, 1951; she married Patrick J. Boyle on June 20, 1977; and

WHEREAS, Kathleen Boyle was a teacher's assistant in McHenry schools; she later worked in real estate in the McHenry area; and

WHEREAS, Kathleen Boyle was a life-member of American Northwest Turners; she was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids, talking with her friends, and poker nights with her cousins; and

WHEREAS, Kathleen Boyle was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Patrick; her father, James W. O'Brien; and her sister, Mary Beth Casey; and

WHEREAS, Kathleen Boyle is survived by her children, Meggan and Michael; her adoring son-in-law, Bradley Manson; her beautiful grandchildren, Mara, Patricia, and Ellery Mason; her caring mother, Bernice O'Brien; her wonderful brother, Tim O'Brien; and many beloved family members and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Kathleen Boyle, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Kathleen Boyle as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
