SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Charles Blank of Deerfield, who passed away on March 24, 2016 at the age of 77; and

WHEREAS, Charles Blank was a proud United States Marine Veteran; and

WHEREAS, Charles Blank was preceded in death by his siblings John and Diane; and

WHEREAS, Charles Blank was the beloved husband of Arlys; the loving father of Robyn (Jason), Vicki (David), Greta, Karen, and Kurt; the fond brother of Jeanette (Fred); the loving grandfather of Brian, Jackie, Caden, Jenna, Trent, Quin, Talia, and Maya; and brother-in-law to Karen and Gary; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Charles Blank, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Charles Blank as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
