SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Dolores G. Levar of Norridge, who passed away on February 16, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Dolores Levar was born on May 10, 1930; and

WHEREAS, Dolores Levar was the beloved wife and best friend for 65 years of Joseph Levar, Jr.; the loving mother of the Hon. Patrick J., Sr. (Mary Ann), Michael (Joan), Thomas (Debra), Gerald (Robbin), Joseph III, and Daniel (Robin); the devoted grandmother of Patrick, Jr. (Jeanene), Michelle, Ryan, Julie, Michael, Jr. (Frannie), Jeffrey, Nicole, Thomas (Alain Fulara), Lauren (Patrick) Graney, Brandon, Austin, Joseph IV, and Christina; the cherished great-grandmother of 7; the dear sister of Marilyn (Joseph) Wisnauski, Janet (the late Philip) McGrail, and the late Richard (Barbara) Berney; the fond aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews; and the dear friend to many; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Dolores G. Levar, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Dolores Levar as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
