SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of John N. Belcaster, Jr. of Chicago, who passed away at the age of 32; and

WHEREAS, John Belcaster, Jr. was an avid guitarist for 23 years; and

WHEREAS, John Belcaster, Jr. and his brother and favorite band mate, Michael, loved music and video games; and

WHEREAS, John Belcaster, Jr. was the beloved father of Jameson H. Belcaster; the loving son of Elizabeth Murray Belcaster and John N. Belcaster, Sr.; the dear brother of Michael (Nicole) Belcaster; the proud uncle of Zoey Belcaster; the dear grandson of Daniel and the late Judith Murray; the fond nephew of Daniel (Millie) Murray, Mary Jo (Ken) Raysby, Brian (Jacqueline) Murray, and Thomas (Donna) Murray; and the dear cousin of Kenny, Danny (Marisa), Kellie (Tony), Sean, Shannon, Jack, Ryan, Alex, Dan, and the late Brian; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of John N. Belcaster, Jr., and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of John Belcaster, Jr. as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
