SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of James Joseph "Whitey" Messineo of Long Grove, at the age of 74; and

WHEREAS, James Messineo was the beloved husband of Carole Ann (nee Kokavec) Messineo; the loving father of James (Stacey) Messineo, Jill Rizzo, and Jennifer (Tim) Noonan; the cherished grandfather of Madilyn, Michael, Anthony, and Nicholas; the fond brother of John Messineo, the late Gerald, and the late Cynthia Messineo; and the dear son of the late Vincent and the late Bertha Messineo; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of James Joseph "Whitey" Messineo; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of James Messineo as an expression of our sympathy.
