SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Michael O'Hara, who passed away on November 23, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Michael O'Hara was born in Granard, County Longford, Ireland; and

WHEREAS, Michael O'Hara was the beloved husband of the late Margaret Mary "Maggie" (nee Cawley); the loving father of the late Thomas, Mary, Margaret (Michael) Griffin, the late Michael, William, John, Nora Costabile, Eileen (Daniel) Sugrue, and Theresa; and the adored Papa of Maureen, Sean, Colleen, Christopher, Connor, Maggie, and Emily; he is survived by his dear siblings Brian, Mary Myles, Eileen Mulligan, Nora Biggins, and Margaret O'Brien; he was the fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Michael O'Hara, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Michael O'Hara as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
