SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Nancy Danna, who passed away on September 23, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Nancy Danna was born on February 28, 1931 in Chicago; she was a former resident of Niles; she retired to Hiawasse, Georgia for 15 years before moving to Vernon Hills; and

WHEREAS, Nancy Danna was a member of St. Mary of Vernon Parish; she enjoyed the Chicago Cubs and spending time with her family; and

WHEREAS, Nancy Danna is survived by her husband, Pasquale Danna; her children, Anthony "Tony" (Jodi) Danna and Susan (Scott) Nadeau; her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Amy) Danna, Andrew Danna, Bradley (Amanda) Nadeau, and Michael (fiancee, Allison) Nadeau; and her brother, Sam (Annette) Baiardo; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Nancy Danna; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Nancy Danna as an expression of our sympathy.
