SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Ronald Lee Rayburn of Industry, who passed away on September 2, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Ronald Rayburn was born on January 29, 1940 in Lincoln; his parents were Floyd and Martha Haller Rayburn; he married Beverly Beebe on September 14, 1961 in Manito; and

WHEREAS, Ronald Rayburn was raised in Greenview and attended Western Illinois University; he lived in Industry since 1965; and

WHEREAS, Ronald Rayburn was employed with Pioneer Lumber in Macomb for many years until his retirement; and

WHEREAS, Ronald Rayburn served his country as a member of the Air National Guard; and

WHEREAS, Ronald Rayburn was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Dorothy Kemper; and

WHEREAS, Ronald Rayburn is survived by his wife, Beverly; his son, Patrick (Mercy) Rayburn; his daughter, Teresa (Doug) Keeley; and his grandson, Cameron Cordle; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Ronald Lee Rayburn; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Ronald Rayburn as an expression of our sympathy.
