SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 3310/75 rep.

Amends the Nuclear Safety Law of 2004. Repeals a provision requiring the Illinois Emergency Management Agency to formulate a general nuclear policy for the State. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Nuclear Safety Law of 2004 is amended by repealing Section 75.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
