Amends the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act of 1985. Makes a technical change concerning the title.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act of 1985 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(225 ILCS 410/1-1) (from Ch. 111, par. 1701-1)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2026)

Sec. 1-1. Title of Act. This Act may be cited as the the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act of 1985.
