    Amends the General Obligation Bond Act. Makes a technical change in the Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning finance.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Capital Development Bond Act of 1972 is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (30 ILCS 420/1)  (from Ch. 127, par. 751)
7     Sec. 1.
8     This Act shall be known and ~~and~~ may be cited as the
9 "Capital Development Bond Act of 1972".
