SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

New Act

Creates the FY2016 Budget Implementation Act. Provides that the purpose of the Act is to make the changes in State programs that are necessary to implement the Governor's FY2016 budget recommendations. Effective July 1, 2015.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT in relation to budget implementation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the FY2016 Budget Implementation Act.

Section 5. Purpose. It is the purpose of this Act to make the changes in State programs that are necessary to implement the Governor's FY2016 budget recommendations.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2015.
