HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives wish to congratulate John Keller on the occasion of his retirement from his position as Regional President of Carrollton Bank; and

WHEREAS, John Keller joined Carrollton Bank 20 years ago; and

WHEREAS, Throughout his career, John Keller has volunteered his service to civic and philanthropic organizations, including the Riverbend Growth Association, Marquette Catholic High School, OSF St. Anthony's Health Center, the East End Improvement Association, the Southern Illinois Employers Association, Alton-Godfrey Rotary, and the Alton Halloween and Pride, Inc.; and

WHEREAS, Prior to joining Carrollton Bank, John Keller had worked at Illinois State Bank in East Alton from 1987 to 1996 and at Missouri State Bank in St. Louis from 1982 to 1987; and

WHEREAS, John Keller has been instrumental in helping Carrollton Bank grow and in helping the entire River Bend Region; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate John Keller on his retirement as Regional President of Carrollton Bank and we wish him the best in all his future endeavors; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to John Keller as an expression of our esteem and respect.
